1. What do I need to get started?
For a part made to customer specification, a full set of drawings will be required.  If the item is currently in production, samples will be required to determine the most accurate price.For products standard to your trade, samples will be required.

2. Where is your merchandise manufactured?
All our merchandise is manufactured in the Orient, mostly in China(mainland). 

3. How do you quote your products?
All merchandise is quoted FOB ,CIF, CFR. However, if you need a specific destination  or possibly other terms we can quote those as well.

4. Will customer orders be accepted?
Certainly! We can help you through the entire process from conception to fulfillment. A final sample of your product will take approximately 30 to 45 Days after receiving tooling charges, setup charges and confirmed artwork and drawings.

5 .How do you choose your products manufacturing plants?
We choose the most suitable plants by: quality, price, previous experiences in similar products, cooperative and honest business behavior. In this way, we will arrange the most suitable plant to work for our products.

6. How is your quality level and supply capability?
We are implanting ISO/TS16949 quality systems, and are using numerical controlled CNC to work, all our parts subcontractors are ISO9000 certified shop. We can also do process control as customer requires, PPAP, SPC ect.

7. What are your Payment Terms?
50% Deposit with Order and Balance Due on Delivery, Irrevocable Letter of Credit. Or Wire Transfer.

8. How do I get samples?
Samples are available upon request with a fee (depending on the product and size) and we also ask that the customer pays the freight charges. Samples can take approximately one to two weeks.

9. How long will you be prepared for production?
When the initial samples are finished and confirmed, mass production is ready. Generally, it will take 45-60 to be ready for mass production from ordering time.

10. How is your payment term for batch quantity?
We require 80-100% payment against delivery for new customers. But for this payment term, we can consider some price discount for customers,for trusted long term customers, we can consider payment at receipt of goods.

11. What's the shipping method?
Our way of shipping all orders is by sea. However, all ways of shipping are available at your request. We can arrange your whole shipment or a partial shipment by Air or Sea upon your request.
